What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in the sound waves produced by various healing instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. These sounds create vibrations that resonate through your body, helping to release stress, tension, and emotional blockages.
