We are pleased to introduce this new addition to our vibrant Uptown Saint John Business Improvement Association community – Katsubi. You can find this delightful take-out restaurant in the Saint John City Market.
Katsubi is a family-owned and operated restaurant by Scott Lee and Julia Yoo and their son Louis Lee that brings the flavours of Japanese Fusion dishes to the Saint John food scene. Their menu has a fantastic selection of six different Katsu dishes, each featuring different sauces. For noodle lovers, Katsubi offers two delectable options – Soba and Yaki Soba. They also have veggie Gyoza (dumplings), veggie spring rolls, and five different maki rolls.
