Uptown Saint John is excited to welcome Georgia’s Glam, a new business member of the Uptown Saint John Business Improvement Association!

Located at 76 King Street, this new salon blends historic Uptown character with modern beauty services. Inside, you’ll find exposed brick walls, a friendly atmosphere, and a team dedicated to helping clients feel their best. The team comprises a blend of experience and creativity, featuring a stylist with 37 years in the industry who specializes in blonde hair and curls, along with three estheticians, one of whom is known for her colourful and artistic nail designs. Georgia’s Glam offers a variety of services, including haircuts, colour treatments, styling, manicures, pedicures, nail art, and waxing, all under one roof. They also provide kids’ cuts and nail services.

During our visit, we enjoyed learning about the story behind the salon’s name. Owner Carla shared that she named the salon after her only granddaughter, a lively two-year-old named Georgia, who is full of energy and has a big personality.
