The Board Governance Committee has a nominating process whereby the applications are accepted prior to the AGM. No nominations are accepted from the floor at the AGM.
Those individuals who submit an application will be considered by the committee based on their skill sets and experience. This process flows directly from what positions need to be filled on the Board for the upcoming term.
Successful applicants will be recommended to the Board of Directors as potential Board Members and formally elected at the AGM.
