Uptown Box Art Celebration

Join us as we celebrate the presentation of four new art installations in our BIA.
2022 saw the first installation of our Uptown Box Art project. The Traffic Box on Charlotte Street, in front of the City Market, was transformed into a vibrant visual art installation by local artist, Fabiola Martinez.
This year, the Business Improvement Association, Uptown Saint John Inc., will be transforming FOUR more traffic boxes in the Uptown BIA. Local artists will be painting a custom design, adding much valued and appreciated vibrancy to our community.
