Uptown Saint John is delighted to welcome Cove Yoga, a new boutique yoga school offering a slower, more intentional approach to learning and practice. Opened in January 2026, Cove Yoga is a space dedicated to depth, study, and embodied experience, designed especially for those drawn to yoga teacher training, workshops, and continued learning.
Founded by Sadie Webster, Cove Yoga reflects nearly two decades of teaching experience. Sadie has been teaching since 2008 and brings a thoughtful, grounded perspective to her work, one that values ritual, presence, and taking time to truly absorb what’s being taught. Rather than a drop-in studio model, Cove Yoga is intentionally structured as a place to slow down, go deeper, and learn with care.
Offerings at Cove Yoga include yoga teacher training programs and workshops designed to support both personal practice and professional development. Early gatherings, such as the Winter Solstice Day Retreat: Sacred Sips, set the tone for what this space offers: meaningful moments, shared learning, and connection.
Sadie chose Uptown Saint John not just for the space itself, but for the neighbourhood. Originally from a larger city, she was drawn to Uptown’s welcoming, friendly community and its strong sense of connection. Cove Yoga feels right at home here, adding another layer of calm, intention, and learning to the Uptown mix.
