DESCRIPTION:If you are a young entrepreneur this program is for you. The Knowledge\, Process\, and Impact (KPI) Program is an opportunity for you to learn the ins and outs of how to run a business. It is an 11-week program where you will meet like-minded peers\, industry experts\, and amazing mentors who can provide sound business guidance to help you overcome the challenges you might be facing and grow your business into a sustainable successful venture. \nThe KPI Program has an additional perk! For those who are eligible\, there will be an additional opportunity to apply for a microgrant of up to $5.000\, to help you get the support you need to grow your business. Eligible expenses include but are not limited to equipment\, marketing materials\, licenses and business registration fees\, software\, hardware\, etc. Non-eligible expenses include\, but are not limited to: raw materials\, staffing costs\, taxes\, repayment of other financial instruments\, leasing agreements\, swag etc. \nBuild key connections\nGain insights on Finances\, Marketing\, Branding\, Funding Opportunities\, Legal aspects\, and much more.\nHave a compelling pitch that will build your confidence and allow you to connect with potential customers\, funders\, and partners. Engage in networking activities and get the connections you need to keep your business growing.\nAll candidates for the KPI program and the grant opportunity will be interviewed\, and their acceptance will depend on the information provided during the application process.\nIt is NOT mandatory to be part of the KPI Program for you to apply for the grant. \nStarts on April 16th to June 24th – Every Tuesday from 4 to 6 pm \nELIGIBILITY CRITERIA \n15 – 18 years old \n– Having a business that is currently operating (Please submit your business URL / Facebook page / Instagram and business summary)\n– Have been part of the IDEA Centre or have taken at least one entrepreneurial course (Marks for your courses)\n– Interview \n​19 – 29 years old \n-Having a business that is currently operating (Please submit your business URL / Facebook page / Instagram and business summary)\n– Interview \nRegister for KPI Program now. DESCRIPTION:Choir! Choir! Choir! is a Toronto-based singing group led by creative directors Nobu Adilman and Daveed Goldman. The duo takes a non-traditional approach; there are no auditions\, and the audience is the choir! Show up and they’ll teach you an original arrangement to a song you LOVE. \n“Choir! Choir! Choir! has fashioned a profound way for people to connect and interact” – The New Yorker \n“Choir! Choir! Choir! has grown into a national phenomenon by tapping into a need that people share – and have few opportunities to actually do – joining together\, opening their hearts and raising their voices in song.” CBC \nFounded in 2011\, Choir! Choir! Choir! has amassed a dedicated and passionate community of singers and a thriving international fan base on YouTube amassing millions of views on some of their videos. \nThe group has performed with renowned artists such as Patti Smith\, David Byrne\, Rick Astley\, Tegan and Sara\, and Rufus Wainwright\, and onstage at New York’s Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall with the likes of Debbie Harry and The Flaming Lips. They’ve created content for NBC’s Jesus Christ Superstar with Hamilton’s Brandon Victor Dixon. And they they’ve performed at the MET in New York for New York Pride and hosted their own float in Toronto Pride. They remembered Canadian music hero\, Gord Downie\, by performing Grace Too with the surviving members of the Tragically Hip to 10\,000 fans in Toronto. \nChoir! Choir!
