Saint John Idol XVI

In the spirit of tradition, we are tickled to celebrate our sixteenth season!

Saint John Idol is a much anticipated part of our summertime Wednesdays!

Thousands of spectators arrive each week to cheer for their favourite local talent. This event only continues to grow in popularity with each passing summer.

Over ten weeks, contestants have the opportunity to compete in challenges to win a weekly prize of $250. Also, a grand prize of $5,000 is presented to the finale winner on August 29th.

6th Annual Poutine Challenge

Come and sample Poutine creations by your favourite Uptown Saint John restaurants. Samples provided in the Market Square Atrium.

What is Poutine you ask?

–  A Canadian dish of French fries covered with brown gravy and cheese curds.
