Chef Jakob Lutes has experience working in some of the best restaurants and farms in Canada. He did stints with Raymond Loo at Spring Willow Farm in P.E.I. and Chef Marc Lepine at Atelier in Ottawa before taking the Chef position at Bartlett Lodge in Algonquin Park. He has come to Saint John to open a restaurant that examines the cultural history of the area to create New East Coast cuisine. He can currently be found talking food as the manager of Liquid Gold Saint John.
