The York Bistro + Pub introduces two new chefs

Just in time for Chop Chop Week, the York bistro + pub would like to introduce their two new chefs:

Jean-Daniel Cuenat is a Swiss Executive chef who brings with him 35 years of experience in the hotel industry. Prior to moving to Canada, JD worked with the Jumeirah Group in Dubai, 7-star hotel Burj Al Arab and Hilton worldwide in Zurich, Toronto.

Chef Joshua Hogan a native of Saint John has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and currently holds a Canadian Red Seal certification.? Prior to joining the Saint John Hilton, Joshua was the Executive Chef at Thandi restaurant, Head Chef at Cora?s & the Grannan hospitality group.
