The ball is rolling for Music Week 2013, with artist announcements, schedule, and tickets for sale. The events are set to take place from Oct. 17th until the 20th, and tickets are on sale now.
The events will start off with a free concert at Market Square noon, on Oct. 17th, featuring four singer-songwriters playing with Symphony New Brunswick.?
Organizers have announced several of the acts from all around the province already, and they state that there are still more to come. The current list of performers are as follows:
Fair Trade Commission, Jimmy Lingley, Lovestorm, Mike Biggar, Motherhood, Ryan LeBlanc, Shaun LeBlanc, Stephanie Mainville, The Cauldron Project, The Playdates, In Dreams, Jonah Hach?, Les Pa?ens, Penny Blacks, Sissy and the Hobos, The Wooden Wives, Adam Washburn, The BackYard Devils, Andy Brown, Shaun Ferguson, Little You Little Me, Joey Robin Hach?, Scotty and the Stars, the John Boulay Blues Quartet, C?dric Vieno.
Four of the events will be broadcast online in partnership with Bell Aliant, and the venues include Imperial Theatre, Backstreet Records, Pepper's Pub–And more!?
Tickets are available now at Imperial Theatre Box office for $25 for single shows, Fan-Passes(allowing access to venues outside of Imperial Theatres for $40 and a Festival Pass?granting access to all of the week's events is available for $80.
