1. Where we you born & raised?

I was born in Fredericton but raised in Saint John

2. What got you interested in cooking?
During my early years as a dishwasher I would watch and admire the mayhem of the service and the results of a job well done, and once I became a part of it I knew it was for me
3. What are your favourite ingredients to work with?
Fresh herbs, protein and salt & pepper
4. Can you give us a sneak peek for your menu plan for Chop Chop?
