Jesse Vergen to represent NB at the Canadian Chef Congress in British Columbia

Chef Jesse Vergen of the Saint John Ale House will be the representing NB at the Canadian Chef Congress on Sept 11th -12th in Duncan BC cooking NB Seafood food for 500 Chefs.

This years Congress is called Oceans for Tomorrow and The Canadian Chefs Congress 2010 on Vancouver Island will focus on chefs and their relationship to the ocean and its current fragile state. We will look at sustainable practices as well as the impact of our actions of today on the oceans of tomorrow.
