I then merged into painting full time taking a break from Architecture and now a mother of two which consumes must of my day and for the rest I work at my passion that is Painting.
What was your favourite/most interesting project?
As an immigrant in Canada, it was very special to have the opportunity to paint the mural The eyes are the mirror of the soul for The Saint John Multicultural and Newcomers Resource Centre This particular piece of work was created to display a vision of multiculturalism.
So I painted eyes as the representation that each soul sees and is seen as if it were a window or mirror.
These four paintings divide culture and continental landscape agriculture, and architectural imagery. Most important the identity of people in our world today. You can go and see it at The Saint John Multicultural and Newcomers Resource Centre located in the Saint John City Market, 3rd & 4th Floor. Also everyone is more than welcome to come and see my display of Art every Saturday at the Saint John City Market.
