An Italian Feast Along the Waterfront!

A few months ago we had wonderful guests join the Rocca's in their penthouse suite for a dinner package?that was won at last year's Chef's Auction from the Fundy Food Festival.

Sandra Bain (the winner of the dinner package) and her guests arrived at Harbourfront Residences?in?style!? Jim from Saint John Executive Limousine Services?provided luxury transportation and first-class service.

To start the night off, everyone was given a glass of the Blu Giovello Prosecco?(provided by Churchill Dauphinee).

The cold prosecco was served with the first course of the evening – olives marinated with citrus, garlic and a combination of herbs and spices.

Guests toured the waterfront suite as the Italian By Night?chefs Andrew Brewer and Michelle Hooten prepped the remaining six courses.
