Kim tells us a little about their journey and the bistro:
“We're excited to be home on the East Coast, celebrating the Maritimes in food and drink. At East Coast Bistro, we take a lot of pride in our ability to make 99% of our products in house. What exactly is a “bistro” is a question I field a lot these days; we are putting a maritime spin on a typical French style of home cooked and/or slow cooked meals made with local, seasonal ingredients and proper technique.
We are also excited to be launching our catering outlet. We have a range of canapes and party fare that can be enjoyed off-site. We welcome our customers to come in and chat about what we can do to provide a personal touch to make any event an exciting one!”
