1. Where we you born & raised?

Rothesay/Quispamsis, New Brunswick

2. What got you interested in cooking?
Pretty much Julia Child, Martha Stewart, Anthony Bourdain & Jacques Torres. I had an overwhelming interest in experimenting with food at a very early age and decided to pursue it as a career.
3. What are your favourite ingredients to work with?
Anything fresh and in it's most natural state. Definitely chocolate, vanilla beans, fresh fruit and raspberries are a must in the majority of my product. Also I thrive on anything ethnic and add a contemporary twist to that.
4. Have you ever served anyone famous?

I have but haven't always known. I worked in various hotel, resorts and restaurants in Western Canada and there was always prestigious people passing through.

5. Can you give us a sneak peek for your menu plan for Chop Chop?

Definitely something or somethings chocolate
