1. Where we you born & raised?

I was born and raised in Gelsenkirchen, Germany

2. What got you interested in cooking?
My mother's perfect beef rouladen, when I used to eat up the gravy overnight.
3. What are your favourite ingredients to work with?
Local ingredients like free-range chicken & halibut paired with farm vegetables.
